Awesome run today. On my Tuesday run I was concerned because I started to show a pattern of getting slower over the last three runs. I gathered that just have not been pushing myself. It may be because of laziness or it may be for fear that I might injure my knee. They have gotten sore after a few previous runs.
Today I decided I would still push myself. But that I would be smart about it. Tuesday I finished the run in 31 minutes and forty something seconds. Today I finished the same distance in 29 minutes and 39 seconds.

Good swim today did 15 laps in 30 minutes. Well actually a little less than 30. It was about 29 min 45 seconds.

Today I start using this tool again. For now it is to monitor weight and to keep track of meals and exercise. Not to follow a diet.

I am going to start again. Right now I am just going to keep track of what ever I eat. I am also going to start morning walks. I will do to miles every morning.
