Feeling really good. The idea is to only do what your body can handle. I have NEVER ran in my life. And now, I get into an intense walk and jog around my condo complex only for as far as I can... but I do PUSH myself as far as I can. You get farther every time! It's worth the work.

Was sooooo bad this week! Didn't walk for two days, ate out alot, bad news! But, that's ok. We're getting back on track this weekend. I'm off to go walk before it gets too hot! Going for an extra 15 minutes today!

Feeling really good today! However, I cheated quite a bit this weekend AND did not stick to my walking / ab routine. Back on track today. Goal this week is 4 pounds!
