I am a 30 year old woman who was overweight a majority of my life. About two years ago, I started suffering from Dysphagia; which is an upper GI disease that only allows limited food to travel down your esophagus. Because of this, I lost 90 pounds.
Now that I am well and healthy, I want to start living a healtheir lifestyle as well as get in shape since I am in poor physical condition. This is from simply not taking care of myself since I left high school.
I am a healthy 147 lbs now, but would like to lose another 12 before my cruise in September. I'd also like to treat this as a full lifestyle change and not just a temporary diet for a vacation of New Years resolution.
