Have managed to come to a compromise whereby I only drink one night a week. This week will be good because I have only had 1 pint of beer and I intend to keep it that way until Thursday next week where I will be taking a side step from the diet to host a Burns Night meal and drinks at my flat. Slainte!

I've been absent of late on here, mainly due to falling off the wagon completely. However, I've still managed to monitor (roughly) what foods I am eating and have managed to remain at a constant 100kgs for the past 3-4 months.
I have decided that with Christmas fast approaching and another trip to Dubai in just under two weeks that I will continue this approach until I am back to the UK in January, whereby I will jump back on the wagon and get moving again!
