I am a 53 year old who used to be slender and athletic. When I quit smoking I gained about 20 pounds and then when I hit menopause, I gained another 20 or so. Before I knew it I went from 135 to 185! I don't like the way I look or the way I feel. I have stayed active but I need to lose the bulge.

Quick foods at work
I've discovered Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers for lunch. I had the Creamy Dill Salmon for lunch and it was very good. It also had something to it so I wasn't done eating in 5 seconds like some of those diet type fast meals. It only had 260 calories too. I definitely will use this again since at work my only choice for a hot meal is microwave and fast.

What should I eat for Breakfast
I wake up starving and in a hurry. Usually I eat a piece of toast and coffee. I prefer low fat peanut butter on my toast, which does give me some protein. I don't have time to make eggs, oatmeal or anything like that. Is eating the peanut butter toast okay or should I be looking for another alternative?
