Was doing really well till had an anxiety attack yesterday. Hit the carbs and drinks. Next time will eat only the cake.
Don't know why I get anxiose, life is good, still dealing with past demons. They are gone, got to let go

Spent 3 hrs in kitchen preparing meals for the week ahead.
Really watched what I put in my mouth, am amazed at how much I have eaten absentmindedly in the past. The journaling is the best tool to get calories under control. Going to craft store as a reward.

Today was a better day, ate healthier. Husband going out of town for three days, good time to jump start the new eating routine. Picked up chicken breast, cottage chees and more veggies. Plan to not have sugar, alcohol or starches till Thanksgiving. Seems to be a manageable goal, with a nice reward to look forward to. SPoke with a trainer who suggested I wear a hoodie when I walk my 3 miles to sweat more, going to try it.
