I am a mother of two awesome children in Las Vegas Nevada. My goal is to get healthy so I will live a long healthy life. My children are my world and I want them to learn by example. If i want them to be healthy and happy, then I must do the same myself. I quit smoking last year and now it's time for me to tackle the weight.
