Feeling better already!! :) Although I just started journaling on Fat Secret a few days ago, I've been trying to eat healthier for about a week now and I'm already feeling better. This morning when I got dressed I noticed I don't feel as bloated and yucky. Before I was feeling very uncomfortable in my clothes - even uncomfortable in my own skin - but today I feel like I can open my closet and put on just about anything and feel ok about it. I still have a lot more changes to make in my diet and exercise routine but I know that if I feel this great now, it will only get better as time goes on. I would love to have as much confidence about my body as I did when I was 20. I'm really looking forward to feeling better and better about myself with each day that passes.

I LOVE THE CALORIE COUNTER APP FOR ANDROID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It makes food journaling a snap. In the past when I've dieted, I used to spend tons of time reading labels and recording them into my journal, adding up the calories, and doing math to figure out the percentage of carbs, proteins, and fats. Now I just scan the barcode of whatever I'm eating and I'm done! And I can monitor my intake throughout the day so it makes it a lot easier to stay within my RDI every day! I even spoiled myself yesterday and ate 5 Special Dark Hershey Kisses! Woot Woot! I'm feeling super positive about slimming back down and being proud of my sexy curves again! I also downloaded a couple fitness apps onto my phone last night so I'll play around with those today and see which one I like best. I've heard great things about Cardio Trainer.
