Another part of my diet I am trying to get back on track with is my supplements. I used to be SOOOO consistent but then it fell off somewhere in there! Probably because I need to time my tablets VERY close to my food because I have a sensitive stomach! So if I dont do it right away I don't do it!

Well, it has been a while since I have been on here and in the time I've been gone I have broken my ankle and am at the tail end of my recovery process. Just finally getting back into playing volleyball 3-4 times a week and working out consistently. My weight has gone up a bit, but not as much as I thought it would primarily because I lost some muscle mass due to my injury but I also was smarter with my food. I am ready to get back on this!!
