Its all about what you eat and how much.
You are so right. I haven't been good about keeping my food journal, and I'm sure that's why I'm going up instead of down in weight.

How has gaingin weight changed your life?
I started gaining weight after having my third child. She's 21 months younger than the second and I often used that as an excuse for gaining(my body hadn't yet recovered from having the second child, yada yada yada). Well, they're now 7 and 51/2 so I can't use that excuse anymore. Then I started going to school online, and really started seeing the weight creep on. Sitting at the computer most of the day studying, researching, and all the other things that go along with online college work. Add to that three school aged children, and an Army husband stationed away from us, left very little time to exercise. So now here I am 154lbs and I'm used to be 137 lbs. When my husband was home he didn't complain, he liked the curvier body I now have. But seeing as I was uncomfortable being naked in front of him, and obviously bothered by my weight gain, he would try and give me pointers to lose. I said all of this to say, the weight I've gained has changed the way I see myself. I'm always tired, my thighs are rubbing together, I can't fit any of my clothes and don't have the money to buy new clothes, I have a huge butt and I'm just not happy with any of this at all. My husband thinks I look fine, friends think I look fine, but I know I've seen myself look better. And there's no time for excuses, I must get back to a point where I can start to feel better about the way I look. For me!
