Good Morning! Today is July 28 and I just weighed in and found out that I lost 4 pounds. I don't know exactly what I did but it's been four days that I stop drinking sodas or sugary drinks, still, I consumed a lot of calories because whenever I do some workouts I always feel hungry or crave some foods. Anyways, I still can't believe it that I lost four pounds today.. I am so happy and blessed.
