Ugh, so busy these past few days.... I stopped my walking exercises because of the bad weather anyways, still continuing my diet.... I haven't drink sodas or any sugary drinks for 2 weeks now.... I haven't gain nor lose pounds well, guess, it's because of water weight but that's okay haven't lose hope yet so I will try more harder just to get to my goals....

My friend advice me that I can still eat anything that I want but in moderation.... I stopped eating junk foods and drinking any sugary drinks.... She bought me a lot of fruits as my snacks.... Well, it seems I am now starting to eat healthy and nutritious foods, ha?

Well, this diet seems effective because I never crave food nor hungry.... Guess, fruits are better than junk foods or any desserts, ha? Anyways, I also did a 3 mile walk and it seems very exhausting but pretty much fun most especially if you have a good friend who is there to help you. She even told me that it's okay if I don't go to a gym class.... Walking and stretching will help me to lose more weight. So, Just keep myself busy at all times.
Tomorrow, another diet and exercise....
