Been packing up my room today so its starting to look quite bare. its all getting very real and exciting!!

Breakfast - Tomato soup with 2 slices of soya and linseed bread

Lunch - houmous and salad sandwich with soya and linseed bread

Dinner - salad with a pesto drizzle and a slice of soya and linseed bread!

also my mum made me a fruit salad of strawberries and nectarines with agave nectar instead of sugar it was yummy!

yes somehow today i manages to have bread with everymeal but it seems to be working because i haven't snacked today and i'm choosing low GL bread


Excercise 10 min warm up and 20 min boxcersise its amazing how after doing it only 3 times (all this week may i add!!) how much easier its getting i'm still a very sweaty betty afterwards but im not aching quite so much and im enjoying it :D next week i will try and do it at least 3 times a week but im sure it will be much harder as its freshers week which basically means a week of partying and getting drunk :P


also only one cup of green tea today
