This is the first day of the rest of my life. I am going to eradicate this food addiction and learn to fuel my body with healthy, nutritious foods and not feed my emotions with empty comfort foods. I am so done being fat and slow and ugly. I will never NEVER see 222 pounds AGAIN! Today I am going to take the kids to the track and walk and I am going to do this EVERY SINGLE DAY as well as resistance tubes and jump rope to lose weight. I CAN DO IT! I just need to get past my addictions.

Started over on Tuesday. Lost 3 lbs so far. :-D Goal is 5 - 10 lbs down by Halloween....was 209...now 206 SO Goal weight will be 204 - 199.

I have 9 days left to a weight loss challenge where $350 is at stake. I am, of course, on that time of the month so I am moody which = hungry and bloated. UGH I have to stick to my points religiously but I am having a ton of cravings. I WILL get through this. My short term goal for Friday is to weigh in at 207.
