No more I can't!
A friend of mine told me every time I say I can't do something I have to remind myself of something I can do. I can't drive but I CAN walk. I can't lift 60 lbs but I CAN lift 30. It seems simple but for someone who may be feeling worthless and wallowing in self pity it can really help to keep the mind on positive thing.

Detox!!!!
Hello all. I'm new to the site,and first would like to wish everyone well on their diets and lifestyle changes.
I'm feeling like I need a boost or jumpstart to my diet but I don't want to take pills or fast or anything that will make me feel bad. I'm much to busy for something thats going to make me sick or keep me running to the bathroom. Any and just about evey suggesstion would be greatly appreciated.
