5 Factor Diet
Have just bought the 5-factor book and found the diet on here now so am going to start. Looks really really straight forward for me. Have put on HEAPS of weight and not sure why so am desperate to get some results. Exercise will be a challenge!!!

Spaghetti lovers, try this.
Great idea using the spaghetti squash. I did it and (after overcooking the first lot) that it really comes out nicely and while not aldente it is a great substitute.

Low Carb Beer
I was surprised to see such a big difference between the beers. Bud Lite is over double carbs that Miller Lite. Big difference if you ask me.
