I began today eating a more substantial breakfast - oatmeal with rhubarb and brown sugar. Delicious! Wasn't hungry again until a half an hour before lunch.
Potluck today at work. When fixing my plate, there was space between my food items. Was selective in what I ate - nothing store bought. Ate only 1 dessert. Logged every bite of it. It didn't turn out too bad. Still under my calories.
Did my squat challenge today - Day 2.
Not getting much running done. Am a little afraid of the Silver Run. Just seem to be busy with CMA, Relay. And suddenly my family and friends are calling. I did drive a new route today and it is roughly 3.1 miles. It goes over the highway. Looking forward to running that. :)
Will sit down and finish my bible study while I wait for my sister to call. Hope to get a run in, but we'll see.

Well today I budgeted my calories so I could have some rhubarb crisp. It was delicious! And I don't feel guilty. Just ate my breakfast this am and didn't really think about the calorie count. It was only 140 calories and I was hungry all morning long. Definitely need to eat more in the am. Started a 30 day squat challenge tonight. Actually did them while talking to my friend on the phone. Tonight it will be a midnight bedtime, so need to be careful tomorrow and not eat junk for the sugar rush energy. Only work 1/2 a day. Due to all the errands we had to do tonight (buy new stove, buy Aubrie new shorts and deliver to her at band camp)did not have any structured exercise. So will definitely get to the Y over my noon hour tomorrow. A few hours of house cleaning should help burn some calories too. Well, I need and want to go to bed, so night night.

Well it is Day 6 for using MFS to track. Tonight was the 1st time I have had to turn down a food cuz my calories would have been over my RDI. I made rhubarb crisp and can't eat it yet. I am actually ok with this. I know it will be there tomorrow. I'll plan my eating to accommodate a half portion tomorrow. Only skipped tracking 1 day (this is good for me). I usually skip tracking on the weekends and this past week I tracked while on vacation. I feel proud. Tomorrow is my 1st weigh in. I am apprehensive that even though I've had a deficit for 5 days, I will not see a weight loss or even worse, I will see a gain. Trying to get a grip. Will not dwell on the knot in my stomach. Will distract myself with my bible study lesson and a nice cup of tea.
