Today I am starting over, again. Have not tracked for at least the weekend. Ate dessert 2x a day over the weekend too. Bad choices! Got a slap in the face today during weight lifting class. I wore shorts I haven't put on since last summer. They were short!!!! My ass looked huge in the mirror. And my thighs are so fat! Pushed myself to complete the class (wanted to walk out). Cried in the car afterwards. Why do I let myself do this to myself? Tracking, counting calories and exercising daily really aren't that hard. Why don't I do it consistently? Not going to beat myself up over it. It would be pointless. Will simply take a step forward in the right direction. Will track today. I exercised today.
