I am satisfied that I lost and I did some exercises however, I failed most of my challenges because it requires me to exercise each day. I will do my best next week I want to succeed.

Well I lost since tuesday when I weighed in haven't gotten completely back from the 5lb gain but loss 2. My goal for next friday weigh in is to have lost at least 3 but trying to lose 5lbs. I will get back to my exercise that should give me a boost.

Not the results I wanted but I knew it was coming due to my bad habits last week during vacation. Hopefully reality has set in to know that I must follow the plan daily to keep losing or I will gain. I will reach my goal and I do see the finish line.

I am back at work ready to start fresh I didn't do well while on vacation it started promising on Monday and Tuesday but it went downhill from their.

I am so stoke and ready to meet all my challenges 20 lbs in 3 months, marathon madness & Fab Abs just by meeting the marathon madness & Fab Abs I'm sure I wll meet th 20lbs in 3 months. I am very proud of myself because I told my husband I was going to get up early when he is getting ready for work so that I could run the track in the cool of the day. I'm not sure if he actually believed me since I took the week off from work but I did it!!!
