Not giving up I will meet my goal maybe not as fast as I want but I know that this is a lifestyle change so its going to take me making new habits and good choices.

Doing well with exercise this week have made it to all of the classes during lunch and am very soar but I know it will be well worth it in the end. Eating pretty good can do better my goal is to keep track of everything I eat and to drink plenty of water.

Last night I finally watch the first two eposiodes of the biggest loser that I recorded so that I can be caught up when it airs tonight so glad that I did it really is a good motivation.

Today decided to entered my food intake that way I'm not guessing how I did. Hope the weather holds up today so that my husband and I can go jogging.

I have been very bad I thought I was going to get back in the swing of things but I haven't. I am trying again as of today must do better as you can see if I don't diet I gain I need to diet just to maintain weight.
