Public Scales
Keep the same clothes for weigh in's then when you go home get on the scales with them on and then without them on and you'll be able to figure out from there how you went.

As you didn't do this before you went away, you might only be able to guess, but if you use the same scales all the time, you should be able to keep an eye on things.

I have wound my home scales up by 9kgs to match the scales at the Chemist where I get weighed.

I think I'll throw them out and buy some digital scales.
