Bummed about this--have used weight watchers and 3 pounds came off quickly--not another ounce in a week and a half. I really have to make some changes--I want to get to a min of 128 and I'm not budging the needle.

We are going out of town for 2 days. Upon return I am going on the low carb and cutting out alcohol at nite. I have not weighed this much in 5 years.

Too many social eating occasions and sweets ---come Jan 1 I can restart--this is clearly not where I want to be but at least it doesn't seem to be too evident in my clothes. I need to be in 127 and I need to get back on the stick.
