no weightloss at the moment, but that was to be expected, I haven't been paying as much attention to food (I've been eating pretty healthy with the occasional snack and it's great to see that I can maintain if I want to). I feel kinda comfortable at this weight and I guess that it would be great to go down another 8lbs at first.
I'll try and eat a bit less the next few weeks and see where it get's me :)

Aaaalright. My man visited me for three weeks so I gained some weight (like I always do when I have all my focus on him and being a happy smiley ball of affection). But by far not as much as the last few times. And by now I've lost it again.
aaaaaand I won a silver and gold medal in the central german BJJ championship! :D (silver Gi open class, and gold nogi) I'm so happy. Get to tick that one off my new year's resolution to do list :)) competing, not winning, haha

After a three week holiday with no sports (two 3k jogs don't really count, haha), this weigh in really was a surprise... Although I tried to eat healthy most of the time I had cake on my birthday, lamb chops with fries one time, ate a pint of Ben& Jerry's on a different day. I probably have lost a little muscle and gained a bit of fat....
But looking back, I didn't EVER binge at all. Realizing this made me so happy :) I never ate until I felt sick. I've come so far mentally this year and results will follow :)

I gained weight when my boyfriend visited for three weeks but it's gone now. I feel great and confident about my eating habits for the first time in forever. I stopped counting calories and made a habit of just eating when I'm hungry and guesstimating the total calories I had during the day, while making sure I've had enough protein. I feel so much healthier and better and am beyond thrilled that I made it this far mentally.
