I gained weight when my boyfriend visited for three weeks but it's gone now. I feel great and confident about my eating habits for the first time in forever. I stopped counting calories and made a habit of just eating when I'm hungry and guesstimating the total calories I had during the day, while making sure I've had enough protein. I feel so much healthier and better and am beyond thrilled that I made it this far mentally.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
