Today was supposed to be a new start yet again! But after eating 2 tacos and a butterfinger all is lost...for today.
Tomorrow is a new day! Here I go again!!

Yesterday turned out to be a bad day!! I had a small fries from Wendy's and I ate a Butterfinger!!

I didn't eat healthy last week! But today is the start of a new week and I am feeling great!
So far so good! Time to lose another 5 lbs..hopefully this week!

Ok, so today I am eating way to many carbs!! Darn white rice! I have lived my whole life eating rice, how am I going to stop???
I only ate 1/2 cup!! Sheesh!!
Ok, I also had 2 1/2 rice cakes....I needed a snack..but they are the healthy kind!
Pam - calm down...tonight I must eat something with lots of protein and no carbs...this should be fun!!

Good day so far! I weighed in and have lost 1lb in about 3 days w/o any exercise. I think that is good! I've lost a total of 6lbs in 3 weeks. I am happy with that!
Ok, my goal this weekend is to buy a good elliptical or treadmill! I will never make it to a gym, I have to be Honest! So, I need something I can do at home!! I hope I find a good deal!
I hope this weekend is not full of yummy temptations!!
