I've restarted my diet today. I also got a personal trainer that will come to my house 3 times a week to help me get this weight off. She gave me alot of good advise on what to eat. I went grocery shopping and I am starting fresh with a new attitude.
Let's get this weight off!!! :)

I'm starting the 5dpt today!! I hope I don't get sick!! Only 5 days and hopefully I can stop dreading these darn carbs!!

Did Zumba last night even though I didn't want too! Glad I did! I felt really good afterwards!
Tonight going to try to get on the treadmill!! :)
