Managed to drink 3.5 liters of water yesterday =118 ouncess. Today i will try again for 4 liters! Recording that nice new low weight of 227. Have a wonderful day!

So yesterday morning after a day with the flu, my weight was 226, a 4 pound drop from the last few months. This morning after eating yesterday, it was 227.2. I will go ahead and record my weigh in, tomorrow morning. Drinking lots of water today! Using the hydration calculator on Nutrition.about.com i should drink 3.9 liters or 131.8 ounces daily. My daughter in law said it helped her drop another 5 pounds.
