Julia is heading for Wyoming on an Army detail so I get to cook over the weekend. going to try out some of the new recipes I found here. I have to admit I'm a bit excited about it.

Feeling pretty good today but my stomach muscles are hurting. Guess barf muscles aren't used very much. Feels like I've been doing crunches lol. Weight is looking good this week. I should show a nice loss when i weigh in on Monday if i stay on track. Hopefully there won't be a problem sticking. I hate it when the cravings hit and I'm still not dealing well with them.

Feel pretty good today, but not much appetite ... yay!!! Still I am feeling full so i guess whatever I ate even tho it wasn't much, it was at least filling. My stomach is still a little uneasy tho ... get a raw feeling in it, so am being careful. I'm just not used to being sick. hate it.
Had to guess at the salad dressing. it was a yummy pear and walnut dressing, but there was nothing like it in the list so I estimated it like caeser salad. Should be pretty close i think.

Flu attacked in the middle of the night ... not fun at all. I haven't had flu for years ... still don't like it. Finally ate at about 3:30 this afternoon ... toast and juice. Maybe I'll have a good loss this week with this jump start. I'll keep hoping anyway. lol
