Have been up and down, but started a daily journal Oct. 1 and it is helping. I am back to where I was last time I weighed in. Intend to go down down down from here on out.

Thanks for the support! It helps to know that people care, doesn't it? Had more good news this week, too. Lab tests for glucose, thyroid, and cholesterol and at last all came back in normal range. I guess the thyroid meds are at the right level now, and eating sensibly has paid off in the cholesterol and glucose areas. I wish there were more organic foods in the stores tho. We really have to search for them here. I want my own garden again lol.

And as of Saturday, March 1 ... UNDER 300 for the first time since November of 2010. I sm thrilled!

Had some slip ups ... craving for salty/fatty foods got to me and I weakened, but got back on track to at least lose a little. Hopefully will take off the rest of this month's 5 lbs by Friday ... only two to go. Obviously this is a major goal .. if I can take off 3 lbs I will be under 300 for the first time in years. November 2010 to be precise. I think I am actually a little afraid of this one. Fear of success...it does exist. lol.
