Bad bad day yesterday. It was depressing. The more I moped, the more I binged. A ridiculous state. I'm disappointed in my weakness, my metal block to not be able to stop one bad choice. The bad choice PIZZA, which I lamented, I snowballed down. This was the 1st time I felt like a drug addict. I had always been dumbfounded by junkie gone clean that relapses. I really cant get over how I struggled to take positive control. I had no idea this would feel so difficult. This is a large hurdle that I need to focus on & control. I'm so glad that no one I know can see this or how weak I was. I was neither a good leader or follower. I don't want another unplanned crash. It would feel great to plan philly steak and cake for my birthday; Instead of this random malaise of debauchery snacking. Now that I feel self-aware, I'm prepared to be stronger.
