Last day of January and the start of week 5 of my diet. I have faithfully followed my diet for 4 weeks now. I have had a few prepackaged diet iced teas. No calories but I wanted to consume little to no pre-made food. I will have to find an alternative. My weight loss is been consistent and I am very happy about that. I am increasing my cardio to 1.75 hours to two days out of every three and increasing the level on both the bike and the threadmill. My target is still to be below 200lbs. in the month of April. Only 31 lbs. to get there.

Start of week #4. I'm happy with the weight loss so far. I've got my cardio up to 1.5 hrs for two days out of every three. I have been sleeping really well and feel great after my workouts.

Cruising along with the diet. I found that watching football can be hazardous to my diet. Though I was able to stave off the hunger by having an early snack of popcorn. I was still very tempted by the keilbasa and cheese. It was a good thing the kids got to the chocolate chip cookies before I knew they were in the house. It was torture to have the game at my house (because of all the buffet food) but I was happy to know my willpower is strong right now.

A little stressed today before I left for work. Went in early to relieve stress the healthy way. Felt like a million bucks after. Stuck to my diet. Part of dieting is making the right choice and today I was able to do that. Yeah for me.

Finished week one of my weight loss diet. The only processed food I consumed all week was the instant oatmeal that I have for breakfast. Tomorrow I will take my before pictures for motivational purposes. I did not stray from my avg. 2000cal. a day diet. I stuck to my exercise plan all week. So, 1 week down and I already feel better. I'm not sure if it's from the healthy lifestyle, lack of stress or the adrenaline. I'm so psyched that I found this site and the will power to lose weight again.
