I'm a 64-year-old who has been obese most of my life. I'm married, have 2 adult sons, and 2 little granddaughters (ages 2 & 5). I'm a hospice nurse and work 12-hr shifts at an inpatient hospice facility. I'm motivated to lose weight because I'm going to Italy and Greece in early October on a group tour, and want to be able to keep up with everyone (as well as fit my rump into an airplane seat!). Started Keto a week ago and have already lost 6#. My goal is another 54# by early October. Wish me luck!
