New mom second time: kids are 3 years old and 4 months old. Rheumatoid Arthritis, on steroid, so gaining weight, between being a busy mom working full time and the medication...AND no self control. Absolutely refuse to buy more work clothes.

Thanks, all. Great ideas. No I am not doing Atkins, just realized by looking at my pie chart how protein is always low.

What foods maximize protein intake?
Just starting this...need to eat more protein and less fat. What kinds of foods, any ideas welcome. I am clueless...I know of Greek Yogurt, Peanut butter, Eggs, cheese...what else? Thank you!
