I usually have to get pretty disgusted with myself before I'm sufficently motivate to do something lol. Well that happen around the beginning of June so I'm doing something.

So time to add some goals:
1. Lose weight
2. Increase performance esp. speed & strength
3. See my abs

The thinking varies on how much protien you need daily but generally its 0.5 to 1 Gram (gm) of protien per lean pound of body mass. The more active you are the closer you move towards the 1gm of protien. Naturally to use this information you would have to know your body fat percentage in order to determine you lean body mass. Hope that helps.
