I am a mother of two daughters and I work a full time job with the postal service. I started loosing weight a couple years ago and succeeded in loosing about 20 lbs. This is where I gave up because I realized that loosing the rest of the weight would require a commitment to exercise. This is where things get difficult for me, I can come up with any excuse to not exercise! I learned a lot about eating right and what it takes for me to stick to an eating plan. Now, it is easier for me to eat well every week despite being busy. I feel like now I can commit to eating well and also exercising. I just need to find ways to stay motivated. I want to loose another 25 lbs but more than that, I want eating well and exercising to become my lifestyle.
