I feel like I am taking a step back. Not going hard like I was.
Between the head and my chest congested I couldn't get on my treadmill
like I wanted.I wanted to loose more the past 3-4 days. Also the doctor put me on prednisone which normally makes me gain the weight some. ( I hope not)So far not !!!! I plan to get back on the tredmill tomorrow as long as I don't get out of breath that is. Back on track....
