With it being the week of Thanksgiving I feel I did well. I cut down on the servings.Filled up on salad and water before .

I've got two grandchildren that have been staying with us and will be for at least 3 more weeks (plus.)My daughter will be staying in the hostpital on bed rest for quite a while. I'm having trouble keeping up with my diet and my walking right now. I hope to do what I can but I may have to wait to do better sticking with everything after all this.My grandchildren need more of my time right now. I love them lots.So for now I'm going to be SUPER- GRAND-NANNY. I know I will get back on track soon.
