I'm Walkiria, Dominican, gourmet light cooking blogger as a hobby, and a contender for "getting as fit as I can".
I found out about MyFatSecret, around 2.5 years ago, when I began (seriously) my journey to lose weight. I managed to lose 45 pounds as I was doing the hardest workouts I could do at home (like P90x, Insanity.. and many others).
At the beginning of 2013, some life's unforeseen events forced me to lose track of my food and stop working out.. results?, I gained 15 pounds back.
As I reorganized my life, I'm here again taking control of my eating, and doing P90x3 to balance out things and get better results.
Looking forward to the next 10 weeks.
