not good. got a scale, hopefully it will keep me on track. now i have to tackle getting up early and walking or something. remember what ol' tammy said. only i can change it-

yesterday not too too bad, though i need to really pull it together. eating healthy MOST of the time is not going to cut it. i've not admitted it to myself, but the results i want will require a little more than a casual adherence to a diet. I need to come up with some solution/motivation to build muscle, and get serious about what i'm eating. it's not enough to just say i'm cutting out fast food and then forgive myself for having a McBinge. for a while, everything that goes into my mouth has to be for a reason.

okay, back in action. holidays are over, hair is chopped off. made my run to the grocery store and knocked out my basic shopping list (except for berries, which are $20,000 bajillion dollars right now. will have to figure something else out for that).
I am way off the wagon- like, not even near trail type off the wagon. plus, my vegetarian roomate has decided after 15 years to eat meat again, and i want to introduce him to all sorts of delightful things like bacon wrapped sausage dipped in beef smoothie, but i will let him discover these things on his own.
but i'm back now. eyes on the prize:

yowzas. what a trip- did the best i can at restaurants but some french fries happened. excercising did not, except for a few minutes on hotel eliptical machines when i could. traveling and production is not great for the Abs diet. Afraid to weigh in. we'll see!
