Still in plateau land. Happy that I am not gaining! Finally have been seeing the scale go down. Celebrated over Easter with numerous Carrot Cake cupcakes (there was so much carrot in them my husband called them health food!)
Going to keep the course. The bad stuff doesn't even taste right to me any more. Body craving better foods. Here's to month 2 with even stronger resolve to change habits slowly and make them last a life time.
My realistic goal is to hit 150 by month's end, losing about a pound a week.

At a huge plateau. Been doing everything right for days, scale does not want to budge. I refuse to enter a new weight unless it's lower and is getting me closer to my goal. So basically, I'm just going to keep the faith, keep doing what I am doing, and not give up. I am fitting into my clothes more comfortably and I guess the good news is that the scale isn't going up! Looking forward to seeing it go down again. My mini goal at this point is 150. Any and all support would be greatly appreciated.

Love see the scale move. I'm simply doing all the things I know I should do. Have the support of my husband who also gave up bacon, sausage, mayonnaise and butter as breakfast staples in favor of low-fat protein smoothies!!! (Certainly a host of other changes too... but we both feel and look better).
