Still in plateau land. Happy that I am not gaining! Finally have been seeing the scale go down. Celebrated over Easter with numerous Carrot Cake cupcakes (there was so much carrot in them my husband called them health food!)

Going to keep the course. The bad stuff doesn't even taste right to me any more. Body craving better foods. Here's to month 2 with even stronger resolve to change habits slowly and make them last a life time.

My realistic goal is to hit 150 by month's end, losing about a pound a week.
