I went to bed far too late to be up so early. The baby is still sleeping so I was just looking over my day and writing my to do list. I'm actually excited for today's foods. I managed to fit in some pretty tasty things and stay within my RDI. I'm also excited to step on the scale tomorrow morning and log in my weight (I didn't ever think I would say that!). I'm going to play with my RDI next week also and see if I should be lower. 1900 calories seems like a lot, but with me still nursing the baby I don't want to go crazy low calorie because I don't want it to effect my milk supply. I also joined a new challenge last night and added a few new buddies. The challenge is 10,000 steps a day (which adds something to my to do list for today--find my pedometer). It doesn't start for another 9 days or so but it won't hurt for me to go ahead and start working on it. I had ice cream for the first time in a week last night--only half a cup and it fit in my RDI.
