I am definitely seeing a difference in my appetite. When I started last week all I could think about was food. Now I don't seem to be hungry even though my RDI went down.

Not that I know a lot, but I when I was eating so much, some days it seemed like all I did was eat and think about my next meal. Now I do think about what I'm eating but it's because I'm planning ahead so I don't over eat. I'm aware of everything that's going in my mouth. And there are day when I'm hungry, nothing seems to satisfy. But I work through it and keep on going. Just like you. :)

Yeah, if I spend some time giving my food choices some thought I do a lot better too. :)
