Today I start the Phentermine, the medication the Dr gave me to try to loose weight. last time I saw him I was 28 pounds lighter. I'm hoping he can help me I really do. it's goin to be hard :(

I weighed myself and as tears ran down my face I realized this won't discourage my dream. I will do this 100 percent again. I'm going to fight this as much as I can. on the other hand I'm going and switching to suboxeon I've heard its a lot better for you with lesser side affects. Not including one clinic I go too I will get weeks sippy. I hope I can #prayers

Still haven't got on the scale I know some people find stepping on it easy it's so hard. I wish I had a friend who held my hand as I stepped and looked. being terrified is I guess what I I'm good at. I think tomorrow or later tonight I will finally step on it . Who knows on the other hand I've ate good so far "Knock on wood" I hope I can keep it up.

Today is the real start, the day I change my life again. Ever since changing medications and gaining a lot of what I lost I've felt so useless. unable to smile or get on with the day but today I decided no more of this pitty me I can do this, I can :)

I don't understand...After yesterday and working out so much where I checked my google fit how am I taking almost 20000 steps a day and still gaining weight. I know I shouldn't regret the methadone I take for my recovery but I feel its why I can't loose weight ;(
