So today I hike up my calories by 150 . I read that when you are counting calories you must take one day to slightly raise them so that your body doesn't become used to the low calorie intake . ;-) .

The Fat secret is excellent for any diet that one is utilizing because it tracks fat, calories, Protien, and carbs . Goooooo Fat secret !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Learning the way to live and I love it . It takes some work and petience but it becomes second nature and then you are a nutrition buff. ( LOL) Im gonna be skinny ! YAHHHHHHHH

Im actually sitting here doing an example meal day of how I used to eat. No wonder why Im over weight now . I was eat at
least
1 1/2 of my daily calorie intake . It pitiful to see how people ( including me ) dont realize what they are putting into their bodies . This site really is an eye opener.

Two low calorie snacks and three meals , i cant believe how well im doing on calories. Its very doable.
