Coffee good for weight loss?

I also drink alot of coffee...but not as much as you..LOL.

But, everytime I'm done with a cup...about 1/2 hour later I am SO HUNGRY...and I don't use sugar.

I have never had Advacado.
I am going to look up some recipes because i seem to like things that contain FAT...good and BAD...FAT makes things taste good Smile

Oh..you can't make them? They sound tasty...I'm at the moment and my entire life...a CARBOHOLIC....

so..I will need to gradually move away from them and I will not totally move away from them because then I would have no reason to live..I love them that much.

I don't know how the heck people are staying at 800 calories a day!!!

I don't like any of those foods Sad.

I am trying thou..harder than ever before. I NEVER ate ANY fruit...today I had a plum and a pear.

I NEVER took vitamins..today I had a drink which had 20 calories...that had a powder to add to the water full of vitamins.

I do eat veggies and fish..but not as often as I should.

Bread is my biggest diet killer...and I am trying...trying...but I can not go a day without some kind of bread...and I'm afraid if I do..I'm going to go totally overboard on the next day.

Thank you for sharing...I really didn't see how it could be done. I'm doing really well with the protein...

Just milk for breakfast? Not possible for me..I am so hungry by 1030am that I have to have a least a full fat yogurt!

My short story so far...
I like the idea of adding one new recipe...I can't seem to get into the "healthy" recipes...they are not appealing to me at all...as I am a BIG carbaholic.

But, maybe I can try harder to find one...that maybe involves pasta Smile.

Sounds like you are doing well.

The biggest part..I think...is changing the bad habits of just eating whatever the heck we want...and being mindful of what we are eating that is ok and what we can be eating for health and fitness.

For example: I never ate ANY fruit. I find now..eating an apple or a pear...can hold me over to the next meal...with little calorie intake...adding more fiber..and natural sugar.
