I am a college student from Greece, and since my college years i have been graduately stacking unesesary weight and i think its time to fix that. I have some muscle mass and with some weight training ive been doing i hope to increase it within the next years. I love hiking and almost all outdoor activities and when i build more stamina i am planning to go more often

Feeling tired lately
Kingkeld, when you say way under the RDI what do you mean? The last two days i have counted it, i was in about 60% on average. With protein though i dont think there is a problem, i try to eat the richest in protein foods a college student can afford.

LuigiSgoomba, Indeed i eat plenty of salt. Broccoli has no taste without it and now that i am cooking stakes without oil they do not have the same good flavour as well. Perhaps this is the reason, i will reduce it for a few days and see.

Feeling tired lately
I have to admit that i do not follow the low carb high protein diet directly, as a newbie i clicked it the second i got an account because in general i try to consume much protein in foods and i think it expresses me at some point. I will fix it. Indeed, I am counting the calories i consume and i try to burn as more as i can and at the same time eating less. In the past days the foods i eat more regularly are eggs, fat free yogurt, beef and brocoli. The problem is that i feel tired and i was wondering if i should do something or add something in my died to deal with it

Feeling tired lately
Hello, I am new to this site and i would like to ask you guys something. When i started to lose weight i was 90kg (200.lbs) and it took me more than a year of average efford to drop to 82kg(180.lbs). Recently i started trying harder with more exercise and being more careful about what i eat but im feeling tired all day. Summer heat is not making it easier too. Any tips of how to overcome this?
