Gonna write a book on how I did this. This experience was amazing for me. I look great, feel great, fit in small clothes, have a six pack. Everything I should have held myself accountable for when I started on FatSecret so long ago. But it’s done now.

Things I learned along the way.

It’s not hard guys. It’s all a numbers game. It doesn’t matter if you eat carbs, protein, fat, whatever..

Here’s some things I’ve found out through mad research

Carbohydrate comes in many forms, and at the end of the day, they basically become sugar for the muscle or stored as fat.
Bread, rice... it all turns to sugar at the end, and it’s worth 4 calories per gram.
Great for explosive activity, it’s stored in the muscles as glycogen.

Protein provides amino acid structures that help to repair muscles. This takes the longest to digest, is the most satiating and provides 4 calories per gram.
Get full fast on an amazing 4cal/gram

Fat provides fuel for the brain and the rest of the body through gluconeogenesis. This happens during long periods of fast, especially while asleep. Fats are healthy and provide good cholesterol for your body. They are as satiating as protein but provide much more energy per gram. 9 calories per gram. That’s why it’s so hard to lose weight!!

I tried to eat as much protein as I could reasonably while taking in an adequate amount of carbohydrate to fuel my activity, doing CrossFit and training. I also didn’t mind taking in fat

I tried to eat 45% protein 35% carbohydrate and 20% fat. This was a good balance for me. I also worked out every day around 10-12 fasted!! I never ate breakfast don’t need it! I’d eat 1 giant meal or 2 medium sized meals between 2-8PM. I drank plenty of water.

Working out on an empty stomach after you wake up provides immense calorie burning conditions. Try it!

Watch me get to 157 for that 100lb loss..

Thanks to those of you who followed me through his journey, and don’t forget that excercise provides more than just weight loss. How about a healthy heart!! 96/51 here for blood pressure. How about energy? I’ve got boundless energy and ran a 6 minute mile today.

Get out there and prove that you are a powerful person and do what you’ve been meaning to do for years. No more bullshit resolutions every new year. Just progress.
