Help. I've been staying below my calories and actually burning extra every single day. I haven't been able to go to the gym because I don't have a car and I've been working a lot, so there isn't much time in my day. So I haven't been doing cardio at the gym 3 or 4 times a week like I was, but I've been staying below my calorie limit and walking most days and still my weight is going up when I weigh myself every day. I don't understand. Any ideas?

Thank goodness I finally made it past 156!
Going out tonight and eating out as well.. I plan to have some oatmeal before I go out to eat so hopefully I can just get an appetizer or something small. Not going to record my drinks tonight, I don't even want to know.

Quite excited about how things are going so far! Still room for improvement, but I can do it!
Measured my body fat percentage using a calculator and chart I found online, and because I measured myself I will consider it a slightly rough estimate, but my result was 30.6%! I expected it to be higher. I can't believe it's in the healthy range! Of course I would like to see it drop into the lower 20s. I'll keep working on it :)
