I haven't been on here forever, and after gaining 35 pounds, I've been ignoring the weekly emails telling me I'm only 5 pounds away from my goal weight - which would actually be 40 pounds away now. So I here I go again!

I can't weigh myself anymore because one day my scale decided I weighed 11 pounds more than I did the day before, and it is still saying that weight, 3 days later. I definitely didn't gain 11 pounds in one day. It was stored in a box overnight kind of tipped so maybe that screwed it up somehow? Soo I think it's time to go without a scale for a little while! I am very afraid.

I was getting really frustrated with myself and not losing anything for a while, so I still watched what I ate somewhat but I wasn't as strict about it as I had been. I've been losing again and now I am ready to force myself to do it right and achieve all of my goals!!
